中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭35例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on Chronic Cardiac Failure with Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的:观察温心汤在慢性心力衰竭常规治疗中的作用。方法:选取慢性心力衰竭患者70例随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均应用强心、利尿、扩血管常规药物治疗,治疗组加服温心汤,15日为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后的心脏彩色多普勒超声血流动力学参数。结果:治疗组显效9例,有效23例,无效3例,总有效率为91·43%;对照组显效8例,有效22例,无效5例,总有效率为85·71%。治疗后两组的FS、EF、CO、SV均不同程度增加(组内相比,P<0·05),治疗组EF、CO较对照组明显增加(P<0·05)。结论:温心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭具有明显疗效,左室收缩功能明显改善。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Decoction of Wen-xin（温心汤） on chronic cardiac failure. Method： 70 cases with chronic cardiac failure were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The two groups were all treated by conventional therapy of cardiac tonic, diuresis and expanding blood vessels. The treatment group was treated by Decoction of Wen-xin as well. The treatment course was 15 days. Observe the haemodynamics index of heart color Doppler before and after treatment. Result： In the treatment group 9 cases were excellent, 23 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.43%. And in the control group 8 cases were excellent, 22 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 85.71%. FS, EF, CO and SV in the two groups after treatment were improved differently （ P 〈 0.05, compared within group ）, and EF and CO in the treatment group did more remarkably than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference between the two groups was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Decoction of Wen-xin on chronic cardiac failure was good and reliable, and aortic ventricle contractile function was improved remarkably.
