当前城镇低收入家庭住房福利政策的问题及其改革

目前,我国住房福利政策还不够完善,中低收入者住房福利模式的建设与完善工作非常必要。在城镇范围内,住宅这种特殊商品的供给还不能满足住房者的有效需求,城镇"双困"人群的住房问题没有得到根本解决。因此,城镇低收入家庭的住房问题将长期存在,需要政府的高度重视,制定出科学、合理、可行的住房政策,对之加以研究和解决,并且在社会发展的不同时期,根据住房问题的特点和各地实际情况,适时地对住房政策做出调整,才能保证社会弱势群体的住房权益得到保障。

At present, housing welfare policy of our country is not perfect, it is necessary to construct and perfect the housing welfare mode of middle and low-income people. This peculiar commodity supplying can not satisfy effective demand of resident, the housing problem of double-poverty （short in housing and money） people are still not solved completely. And therefore, the housing problem of low-income family will exist in a long time, needing high attention of government and then make out scientific, rational and feasible housing policy to study and resolve the problem, making adjustment out of housing problem in different time of social development according to characteristic and reality of different area. And thus to ensure housing interest of disadvantaged group.
