摘要
中国管理教育已经进入反思阶段,其不足表现在教育内容侧重于美式的技术性和功能性,师资缺乏跨国教育背景。在澄清文化、管理与文化的关系以及跨文化管理的前提下,正确发展管理教育,以培养出符合未来企业发展的跨文化管理人才。
Management education have entered into the period of review in China, the shortcoming is to emphasize on managerial technologies and functions of American style and shortage of teachers with international education background. Management education must be developed properly base on how to define culture, the relations between culture and management and cross-cultural management. This is the way to make students who are suitable to the development of enterprises in the future.
