Study and Application of Evaluation Index System for Telecommunication Network Risk

为评估电信网的风险,可通过分析风险与安全事件的关系,以安全事件的组成元素构建电信网的风险评估指标体系,并进行风险的分级量化。本文分析了电信网的风险模糊综合评估方法,并进行了实例计算。该方法可作为电信网风险评估的一种有效方法。

To evaluate risk of telecommunication network and effectively quantify the risk is very difficult with current few data, because lots of risk factors are very fuzzy and correlated. At first, the evaluation index system for telecommunication network risk was built. And then, the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantify the risk. An instance was given to show the usage of AHP method to evaluate risk. Finally, the results were evaluated and lead to the conclusion that evaluating information risk by AHP and fuzzy methods is feasible and efficient.
