摘要
基于声发射技术(AE)构建了磨削监控系统,利用LabVIEW和VC++开发了系统的软件模块,进行了磨削试验,实时采集磨削过程的AE信号。通过振铃计数和均方根电压(RMS)两个AE信号特征量监控磨削状态;分析了以AE信号作为磨削接触开关的可行性,试验确定了砂轮钝化的AE特征阈值。
Based on AE technology, an AE monitoring and control system for grinding is built. The software modules of the system are developed by LabVIEW and VC++. The grinding experiments are performed. The system can have a real-time data gathering of AE signal in the grinding process. It can monitor and control the grinding condition through AE ring-down counts and RMS. The feasibility of AE as a grinding contact switch is analyzed and the AE thresholds for monitoring and controlling grinding wheel dull are derived from the experiments.
