现当代的俄罗斯,不仅经历着深刻的政治和经济危机,而且人口问题也演变为严重危机。俄罗斯人口危机有总量持续减少;地区间的人口分布不平衡;出生率走低,死亡率上升,人口再生产缓慢;年龄结构极不合理;男女比例严重失调等多方面的表现。俄罗斯人口危机有多种形成原因。俄罗斯的人口危机深刻地影响着俄罗斯的社会和经济发展。俄罗斯政府采取了"鼓励生育"政策,希望能化解愈演愈烈的人口危机。

Russia has been experiencing profound politic and economic crisis and severe population crisis. The population crisis of Russia mainly includes the imbalance of population distribution between different areas, decreasing birth rate and increasing mortality, slow population reproduction, irrationality in age structure and imbalance .in sex ratio. Many reasons caused the crisis that is impacting the social and economic development. In the hope to solve the crisis, Russian government has adopted the policy of encourage birth giving.
