Studies on Extracting Lipopolysaccharide from Corn

采用监测ＫＤＯ（２ｋｅｔｏ３ｄｅｏｘｙｏｃｔｏｎａｔｅ）的方法，对玉米提取脂多糖的工艺进行了优化；用２．５ｋｇ玉米提取得到０．４３０ｇ粗脂多糖，经测定含ＫＤＯ０．２５ｇ，总糖含量８３．７％，核酸及蛋白质污染＜１２％

The technology of extracting lipopolysaccharide from corn was optimized by the method of pursuing KDO (2-keto-3-deoxyoctonate). 0.043g lipopolysaccharide was extracted from 2.5 kg corn,which contained 0.25 g KDO, 83.7% general sugar,and the nucleic acid and protein contamination was less than 12%.
