论述了大力开发利用大麦作饲料资源的可行性，及它作为饲料存在的问题，并讨论了使用酶制剂β－葡聚糖酶的方法来解决这一问题的效果。

The feasibility of exploitation of barley as a feed source and the problem appeared when the barley was used as a feed ingredient were discussed. Meanwhile, the results to solve the problem through β-glucanase were also discussed.
