摘要 "能力为本,通识为基,人文为魂"是安庆师范学院省级教改示范专业和教育部高校特色专业建设点———人文教育专业人才培养的基本理念。该理念以大学生的"成功"为立足点,核心在于提高大学生的综合素质,是与大学生"成长、成人、成才、成功"的"四成"教育相辅相成的理论体系。 "Taking ability as the essence, general knowledge as the basis, and humanity as the soul" is the basic concept in the training of talents specializing in humanity education, which is the provincial-level teaching reform model specialty and one of the specialties with special characteristics in the colleges or universities by the Ministry of Education. The concept is based on "success" of college students, whose core is to improve their synthetic qualities, and it is a theoretic system related to the education of "Four Becomes"--"becoming men, becoming real men, becoming talents, and becoming successful. "
