"能力为本,通识为基,人文为魂"是安庆师范学院省级教改示范专业和教育部高校特色专业建设点———人文教育专业人才培养的基本理念。该理念以大学生的"成功"为立足点,核心在于提高大学生的综合素质,是与大学生"成长、成人、成才、成功"的"四成"教育相辅相成的理论体系。
