摘要
为实现法律语言的准确性与客观性,被动语态在法律英语中的广泛运用是不可避免的。法律英语中被动语态的运用有其自身的规律和特点,根据其特点可以使用不同的翻译方法和技巧。
Legal language should be accurate and authentic. Thus the fact that the passive voice is widely used in legal Eng lish is inevitable. This essay offers an analysis of its application and puts forward translation methods and skills.
