安来霉素在肉鸡日粮中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用安来霉素、金霉素、杆菌肽锌三种抗生素药物添加剂,对1200只AA肉鸡进行生产性能和经济效益对比,试验分三组。安来霉素组(10mg/kg)、金霉素组(100mg/kg);杆菌肽锌组(75mg/kg)。每组设4个重复组。采食安来霉素饲养的鸡只,日增重比金霉素高056%(P>005)、比杆菌肽锌组高617%(P<005)。饲料转化率分别比金霉素组高143%(P>005),比杆菌肽锌组高72%(P<005),屠宰测定表明三组之间差异不显著(P>005)。经济效益分析表明安来霉素组分别比金霉素高组375%,比杆菌肽锌高组316%。试验结果表明安来霉素可以显著改善肉鸡的生产性能,提高经济效益。 The enramycin, CTC, bacitracin zine were used in the experiment as antibiotics additives in broiler diets to contrast their effects on growth performance of broilers. One thousands and two hundred broilers were radomly assigned into three groups. There were four replicates in each group. The diets of the groups contanied enramycin (10 mg/kg), CTC (100 mg/kg) and bacitracin zine (75 mg/kg). ADG of enramycin group was 0.56% (P>0 05),6 17%(P<0.05) higher than two other groups, F/G was 1.43%(P>0 05),7 2%(P<0 05) higher than the two other groups respectively. Its benefit was better than the two groups,prmoted in degree of 3.75%, 31.6% respectively. This experiment showed that enramycin can improve growth performance and is of benefit for poultry production.
