Ms. Hu Guihua, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Huayu Group, previously was a textile worker of the State-run No. 1 Cotton Mill of Liangshan Country, Shandong Province. After being laid off from the mill, Hu Guihua tried to do some retail businesses. She used to sell chemical fertilizer, pesticides and clothing. However, due to her lack of experience, she incurred losses again and again. In the year when she started up her business, Hu Guihua experienced some start-up difficulties.
