摘要
采用有机溶剂处理法研究了蛋氨酸锌络合物的合成工艺及产品检测方法。其合成工艺条件为pH=7,配位比2∶1。此时产品得率为967%,产品中含Zn2+1745%,含Met80.56%。
The synthetic conditions and analysing method were studied. Treated with organic solvent such as acetone or ethanol, the chelate was precipitated from water solution. The optimum processing conditions of the chelate were found: pH 7, methionine to zinc mole ratio 2∶1. The yield of product was 96.7%. The chelate contained 17.45% zinc and 80.56% methionine by weight.
