摘要 目的:观察电化学介入在Ⅱ型和Ⅲa型慢性前列腺炎治疗中的疗效。方法:对40例(Ⅱ型和Ⅲa型各20例)慢性前列腺炎患者行电化学介入治疗,在治疗后第1、2周和第4周评估NIH-CPSI评分和前列腺液中白细胞计数,以观察疗效。结果:电化学治疗结束后第2周、第4周,患者症状评分、前列腺液中白细胞计数明显下降,有效率为90%,无并发症发生。结论:治疗慢性前列腺炎,电化学介入是安全有效的手段。 Objective:To investigate the effects of electrochemistry intervened treatment on Ⅱ and Ⅲa chronic prostatitis. Methods:40 patients were treated by electrochemistry intervened treatment and then given sensitive antibiotic two weeks. The patients' NIH-CPSI and EPS-WBC had been checked at the end of second and fourth weed. Result:Scores of NIH-chronic prostatitis and WBC counts in EPS decreased significantly at the end of first, second and fourth weed. The overall response rate is 90% and complication not appeared. Conclusions: Electrochemistry intervened treatment is a safe and effective method for chronic prostatitis.
