含磷树枝状紫外光固化涂料的合成及应用 被引量:4

Synthesis of Dendritic Poly(Propenyl Phosphate) Used for UV-Curable Coatings

摘要 以三氯氧磷、丙烯醇、端羟基聚酰胺为原料,合成了可快速光固化的含磷树枝状紫外光固化涂料,并通过红外、核磁表征了产物结构。对固化膜测试结果表明:固化膜具有适当的硬度和柔韧性,较好的附着力,较好的耐热性能。 The title UV -curable dendritic poly( propenyl phosphate) (DPPP) was prepared from phosphoryl trichloride( POCl3 ), allyl alcohol and dendritic polyamine -OH (DPAM -OH). The structure of the product was characterized by 1^H NMR and FT - IR spectroscopes. The viscosity of the obtained products, the hardness, flexibility, mechanical and thermal stability of UV - cured films were also examined. Results showed that the dendrimer provided superior properties and can be used for UV curing coatings.
