有机硅/氟纳米杂化疏水涂料的制备和应用 被引量:7

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法将正硅酸乙酯与甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、辛基三乙氧基硅烷、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、低分子含氢硅氧烷等前驱体制备醇基纳米杂化有机硅溶胶,研究了硅溶胶的制备工艺、渗透性及其涂膜的疏水性、硬度、强度和附着力。实验和应用结果表明,醇基纳米硅溶胶平均粒径为40-80 nm,硅溶胶对硅基底材有很好的亲和力和渗透性,涂膜疏水性强,硬度达6H以上,附着力1级,还具有优良的耐污染性和耐腐蚀性。 A new nano hybrid silicone sol was prepared by sol - gel process with tetraethyl orthosilicate, methyltriethoxysilane, dimethyldiethoxysilane, octyltriethoxysilane, dodecfluoroheptylpropyltrimethoxysilane, and low molecular weight siloxane with active hydrogen. The synthesis method of the silicone sol and the hydrophobicity, hardness and adhesion of the film of the silicone sol were studied. It showed that the average particle size of alcohol - based silicone sol was about 40 - 80 nm, and the hybrid silicone sol had an excellent compatibility and permeability on the silicon -based building materials. The film had good hydrophobic property, hardness over 6H, adhesion strength grade 1, good contamination resistance and corrosion resistance.
