摘要
以腰果油改性的酚醛胺环氧固化剂固化环氧防腐涂料,制得了具有优异低温干燥性能和防腐功能的新型铁路车辆防腐涂料。研究了腰果油环氧固化剂对环氧防腐涂料的低温干燥性能和耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响,并通过DSC和FT-IR测试对涂料性能进行了表征。结果表明当选用某腰果油环氧固化剂时,和某聚酰胺环氧固化剂相比,在5℃的低温下,防腐涂料环氧基团的开环率由28%提高到84%,涂膜的玻璃化转变温度由60.67℃提高到72.09℃,耐盐雾腐蚀达720 h。
A new type of cashew oil modified epoxy anti - corrosion coatings which shows excellent low temperature curing and better corrosion protection properties for locomotive car was been prepared. The effect of cardanol epoxy hardener on low temperature curing and salt spray of epoxy anti - corrosive coatings was investigated, The coatings was characterized by DSC and IR. It showed that compared to polyamide hardene, the ring open percent of epoxy group with cardanol based epoxy hardener's is increased from 28% to 84% at 5 ℃.
