上颌快速扩弓时骨缝标识性颅面骨三维有限元分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:了解颅面骨在上颌快速扩弓作用下的应力分布及各标志点三维方向的位置改变,明确这些改变对于安氏Ⅲ类错矫治的影响。方法:采用自主建立的颅面骨三维有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件模拟上颌快速扩弓,分析颅面骨各硬组织部分及相关骨缝结构的受力情况。结果:模拟加力时上颌骨复合体各部分均有不同程度的较明显的三维方向位置改变,额骨及枕骨部分几乎无改变。颅面骨各相关骨缝均有应力集中现象,其中鼻颌缝等处力值较大。结论:上颌快速扩弓有助于改善上下颌骨位置关系的不协调,使用时应考虑患者的生长发育尤其是骨缝钙化融合情况。 Objective:To find the changes of stress distribution in the Craniofacial Complex after rapid maxillary expansion and position in three-dimension,to make sure the effect on class Ⅲ malocclusion. Method-Simulating the rapid maxillary expansion using ANSYS software on the model that have been constructed. Analyze stress distribution of craniofacial complex and suture. Result:When the force was put on, the maxillary complex has obviously position change. There was stress concentration on correlative sutures, especially suturae nasomaxillaris and palatal suture. Conclusion:Rapid maxillary expansion lends itself to improve the uncoordinated relation between maxilla and mandibula, growth and development especially sutures calcification and fusion must be considered.
