摘要
目的:通过对上颌尖牙全瓷冠在极限强度下的可靠度计算,探索出适用于口腔修复体可靠性分析方法。方法:将全瓷冠材料的物理参数及其受到的极限荷载作为随机变量,通过有限元分析及应力-强度干涉理论,计算上颌尖牙全瓷冠极限强度的可靠度。结果:上颌尖牙全瓷冠在正常最大咬合力(200.2N+109.7N)荷载下,其可靠度为99.83%。结论:从导致修复体损坏的两个主要因素对上颌尖牙全瓷冠的可靠性进行探索研究,为今后开展各类口腔修复体的可靠性研究探索道路。
Objective: To apply the theory of reliability in the all-ceramic crowns of maxillary canine, and to find a proper way for further application in reliability analysis of other prosthesis. Method:To calculate the reliability of all- ceramic crowns of maxillary canine,with respect to the random variables of mechanical properties and normal maximum biting force,using finite element analysis and stress-strength inference theory. Result: With the random variable of loading (200.2N+109.7N), the reliability of the ultimate strength of the molar is 99.83%.Conclusion:To explore a new way of application of reliability theory in oral prosthesis with the reliability analysis of all-ceramic crowns of maxillary canine.
