摘要
目的:研究微波能固化对ZY-1、ZY-2、ZY-3型硅橡胶机械性能的影响。方法:将3种硅橡胶在微波炉全功率的20%、40%、60%下分别经20min、15min、12min固化;在80℃恒温箱保持1h作为对照。测试各组硅橡胶固化后的扯断强度、扯断伸长率、永久变形率(3min)、撕裂强度及邵氏A硬度,并进行统计学分析。结果:经微波能固化的各组硅橡胶在机械性能上与恒温箱固化相比无显著性差异。结论:微波能固化对ZY系列硅橡胶的机械性能无显著影响。
Objective:To primarily study the effect of processing with microwave energy to the mechanical properties of ZY-1, ZY-2, ZY-3 silicone elastomers.Method: To process three silicone elastomers with tropical box for 1 hour and microwave oven at 60% ,40% ,20%of full power for 12 min, 15 min,20 min, then the mechanical properties of ZY silicone elastomer including the tensile sthength, the elongation at break, the tear strength, permanent deformation rate (3 min) and the Shore-A hardness were separately.Result: The mechanical properities showed that there was no significant differences in all groups.Conclusion: The microwave energy is a good heat source in cured ZY silicone elastomers.
