摘要
为了降低制糖工艺耗汽量,广东湛江糖厂把第1效蒸发罐改装成内筒式直流蒸发罐。文中介绍了该罐的结构和应用,并对其进行了评价和分析。实践表明:虽然该罐使用时汽鼓温度为140℃、蒸发室温度为130℃,但没有糖分大量转化或焦化。认为.要想提高首效糖汁的蒸发温度,同时又要避免工艺过程中的糖分损失,内筒式直流蒸发罐将是一种新型的设备供选择。
To reduce the steam consumption in sugar process. Zhanjiang sugar mill of Guangdong changed the evaporator of first effect into the inner cylinder directly-flowing evaporator (ICDFE) in the 1994 to 1995 milling season. This paper introduced the construction and the usage of the ICDFE, and gave some comments and analyses.Practice has showed. though the temperature in the calandria of the evaporator is 140 tand the temperature in the boiling room of the evaporator is 130℃, sugar inversion and caramel ization are not considerable. To raise the juice evaporat ion temperature in the first effect and avoid the sugar loss in process meanwhile, the ICDFE should be the new kind of equipment to choose.
