几种杀线虫剂对甘蔗根结线虫病的防治作用

Effects of Several Nematicides on Meloidogyne incognita on Sugarcane

南方根结线虫（Meloidogyneincognita）侵染甘蔗根系，引起根结症状，并可导致叶片呈失水症状。田间小区药效试验测定4种杀线虫剂对甘蔗根结线虫病的防治效果的结果表明，呋喃丹（3G）亩施4kg和丙线磷（益舒宝）（10G）亩施3kg仅能在甘蔗生长前期对土壤中南方根结线虫二龄幼虫有明显的防治作用，而在生长后期无明显防治效果。米乐尔（3G），亩施4、5、6kg，克线丹（10G）亩施3kg和丙线磷亩施4、5kg的处理在甘蔗收获前整个生长期对南方根结线虫二龄幼虫都有良好的防治作用，并使甘蔗分别增产13．3％、15.9％、19．6％、39．2％、47．3％和32．7％。

Sugarcane plants infected with Meloihoe incognita showed not only rootknot symptom in the root system but also water loss symptom on the leaves. According to the results of field microplot tests for the effects of 4 nematicides on Meloidogyne incognita on sugarcane, appl ication of Furadan 3G at the rate of 4kg per mu and Mocap 10G at the rate of 3kg per mu markedly decreased the L2 populations of M incognita at the early growth stage of sugarcane but showed little effects at the late gro,th stage of the host plant. The treatments of Miral 3G at the rates of 4, 5,6kg per mu, Rugby 10G at the rate of 3kg per mu and Mocap at the rates of 4, 5kg per mu significantly reduced the L2 populations of, incogicta during the whole growth. period of sugarcane before harvest and increased sugarcane yields by 13. 3%, 15. 9%,19. 6%, 39. 2%, 47. 3%, 32. 7% respectively.
