摘要
通过二元正交回归试验方法,研究了浸镀时间、浸镀温度与浸镀铝层厚度的关系,最终得出了较理想的热浸镀铝工艺参数。结果表明,采用最优化工艺参数浸镀铝,所得浸镀层分布均匀,抗高温氧化性能显著提高。
Through orthogonal regression experimental method, the relation between dip aluminizing time, dip aluminizing temperature and the aluminium deposition thickness was studied, and then the optimum parameters for hot dip aluminizing were determined. The results show that hot dip aluminium coating by using the optimum technological parameters has better uniformity and high temperature oxidation resistance ability.
