摘要
研究了时效处理对K487合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在850℃时效时,合金具有很好的室温和高温性能稳定性;在900℃时效时,该合金室温性能基本稳定,合金的高温拉伸塑性提高,屈服强度略有下降,900℃×50h时效时合金性能依然保持在良好水平之上;在950℃时效时,随着时效时间的延长,γ'相长大并且由球形向立方形转变,针状μ相减少,条块状μ相增多,合金高温拉伸抗拉强度增大,屈服强度下降,塑性提高,在900℃×50h时效时合金具有良好的综合性能,能够满足内涵尾喷管铸件的使用要求。
The effects of aging heat treatment on microstructure and properties of K487 alloy were investigated. The results show that the properties of the alloy are stable under room-temperature and high-temperature with the prolonging of aging time at 850 ℃. The properties are stable under room-temperature aged at 900 ℃, and δ5 and ψ increase, σ0.2 declines, and the properties are still good under 900℃ × 50 h aging heat treatment. γ phase coarsens from particle to cubic and μ phase coarsens from acicular to massive with the prolonging of aging time at 950 ℃. And σb increases, σ0.2 declines, δ5 and ψ improve. The alloy has good synthesis properties under 950 ℃ × 5 h aging heat treatment and can satisfy the requirements of inner-tailpipe nozzle cast.
