摘要
探讨雾态下送风在高湿度纺织空调车间的应用。对雾态下送风的工作原理、在工程中的应用情况进行了分析,实践表明:雾态下送风方式可保证车间不起尘、工作条件好、加湿量大,并可充分利用天然冷源;在保证车间生产环境达到要求的同时,减少了换气次数;降低了初次投资和运行费用,具有节能效果。
Application of mist-state air supply in high moisture textile air conditioning workshop was studied. Working principle of mist-state air supply in practice was analysed. The fact shows that mist-state air supply could guarantee no-dust in workshop, better working condition, larger moisture and making full use of natural cool resource. Airchange times could be reduced and workshop producing environment demands could be satisfied at the same time. Initial investment and function cost could be decreased, energy also could be saved.
