摘要
为了降低C 14.2 tex纱生产成本,并保证成纱质量达到要求,将低品级棉与高品级棉进行合理搭配纺纱进行了试验。结果表明:生产中采取对低品级棉预先开松除杂,开清工序采用多松少打、早落少碎的工艺原则,梳棉工序优选针布、隔距、速度等工艺加强短绒和杂质的排除,并条工序合理牵伸分配,粗纱加大捻系数,细纱优选后区牵伸工艺,纺制的C 14.2 tex纱达到质量要求,降低了纺纱成本。
To reduce 14. 2 tex cotton yam production cost, make sure yam quality reach demands, spinning test was carried out by blending low and high grade cotton rationally. The result shows that low grade cotton should adopt opening and dust exaction in advance, processing principle of more opening less beating, earlier noiling less impurities should be adopted, card clothing, gauge and speed et al should be optimized in carding process, removal of short fibre and impurity should be strengthened, draft distribution should be assorted rationally in drawing process, roving twist factor should be increased, back zone draft should be strengthened in spinning process. Finally 14. 2 tex cotton yarn quality could reach demands and spinning cost could be decreased.
