摘要 探讨在LA622型喷气织机上织造特细号高密宽幅平纹织物的工艺技术措施。以CJ 9.7/9.7 551/551 249平纹织物为例,通过对原纱的强力、强力CV、条干CV、毛羽指数提出指标要求,选用合理的浆料配方和上浆工艺,优化织造工序的引纬参数、主喷压力、辅喷压力等工艺参数,选用特细单列刺轴,合理控制温湿度等,使得该品种的织机效率由60%左右上升为90%左右。 Weaving processing and technology measures of superfine high density wide plain fabric in LA622 air-jet loom were discussed, Take CJ 9. 7/9, 7 551/551 249 plain fabric as example, loom efficiency could be improved from 60% to 90% after adopting the measures including putting forward index demands of raw yarn strength, strength CV, evenness CV and hairiness index, choosing proper size mixture formula and sizing processing, optimizing weft inserting parameter in such as main spray pressure, assistant spray pressure in weaving processing, controlling temperature and moisture properly.
