The Application of Hard PVC in Textile Bobbins

本文论述了20多年来在我国的纺织器材行业中塑料纺织筒管的发展情况。筒管所采用的塑料有聚氯乙烯、ABS、聚丙烯和高密度聚乙烯改性聚碳酸酯(HDPE/PC)等。还介绍了聚氯乙烯的全国产量、生产方法及其特点;聚苯乙烯(PS)、玻纤增强PS、丁苯改性PS等材料试制筒管情况;PVC所用的稳定剂、增塑剂、ABS共混和ACR加工改性剂。最后谈到用挤出的RPVC结构泡沫塑料管代替普通PVC挤出管。

This article describes the development of plastic bobbins in China's textile accessories industry over the past 20 years. Plastic materials which have been used for textile bobbins are as follows:PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ABS, PP, HDPE/PC (polycarbonate modified by high-densi(?)y polyethylene) etc. The ar(?)icle also introduces the national output of PVC in China, its characteristics and manufecturing process; the trial-production of bobbins made from PS(polysterol), glass-fibre reinforced PS, PS modified with butadienes(?)yrene and other materials as well as stablizing agents and plasticizers for PVC, ABS mixing, and ACRmodifiers. At the end of the article it is said that extruded RPVC foamplastic bobbins can replace the common PVC bobbins.
