摘要
根据染料分子结构的特点，在提出紧缩节点码及族性码的基础上，又提出了分层匹配的概念，减少了组合爆炸的可能性。同时通过预生成主干树等方法，将大量的工作在匹配之前完成，提高了匹配速度．该方法简单、快速、具有实用价值。
A new hierarchical matching algorithm has been developed based on the compact node and generic no(le according to the characteristics of dye compounds.
