摘要
根据染料分子结构的特点,在提出紧缩节点码及族性码的基础上,又提出了分层匹配的概念,减少了组合爆炸的可能性。同时通过预生成主干树等方法,将大量的工作在匹配之前完成,提高了匹配速度.该方法简单、快速、具有实用价值。
