摘要
为了解决CAPP系统中工艺知识获取的难题,提出了基于对象模型驱动的工艺知识挖掘技术和方法。采用面向对象的方法建立了CAPP系统中工艺知识/数据的对象模型,并基于对象模型研究建立了工艺知识挖掘技术体系,设计了工艺知识挖掘脚本,并以典型工序总结为应用对象进行了应用研究。该技术可在CAPP系统应用数据积累的基础上有效支持显性工艺知识的自动挖掘与获取。
In order to solve the problem of knowledge acquisition in computer aided process planning(CAPP) application system, the concept of process planning knowledge mining(PPKM) was proposed. The technology architecture of process planning knowledge mining was founded based on object-oriented model driving technology, and the process planning knowledge mining script was designed. Elementary application research in typical operation summarization was described in detail. The technology architecture of PPKM could be used to achieve the automatic knowledge acquisition of data accumulating in CAPP system.
