随着《政府采购法》的颁布和水利政府采购规模的扩大,水利预算管理信息化建设也随之加快,目前已建成了水利政府采购管理信息系统。系统是基于服务的B/S三层结构,具备政府采购预算管理、计划管理、合同管理、信息统计报表管理等功能,基本满足了水利政府采购工作实际需求,但还应随着政府采购管理重点的转换和深入及时修改和完善。

Along with the promulgation of Law of Government Procurement and expansion of procurement scale, the establishment of government procurement management information system has been speed up for budget management of the water department. The system is based on B/S three layer structure, and equipped with functions of budget management, planning management, contract management, and statistical data management. It can meet the basic requirement of government procurement of the water department, but needs to be improved and revised timely along with the alternation of focus in the management of government procurement.
