摘要
水利工程启闭机是水利工程的重要设备。水利工程启闭机质量监督管理存在诸多问题,究其原因,启闭机质量监督工作法规亟待完善,产品质量监督组织体系不健全,水利机械行业协会等中介组织作用未得到充分发挥,应建立启闭机全过程质量监督管理体系。
Headstock gear is one of the key equipment in water project construction. Many problems are existed in quality control of headstock gear. The main causes are lack of quality supervision or institutional system for product quality inspection and the role of relevant association or society has not made full play. h is necessary to conduct whole-process quality control during the manufacturing of headstock gears.
