摘要
对部分失活的重整催化剂的再生进行了研究,考察了温度、时间及空速对烧炭的影响,并利用氯化更新技术调整了催化剂的氯含量,同时使铂晶粒重新分散。结果表明,当温度为400~510℃时,气体空速在100~1000h-1之间,烧炭后催化剂的炭含量可降至0.2%以下;在515℃,m(H2O)/m(Cl)比(mol比)为5~20的条件下,铂分散度可从0.4提高到0.85以上。最后通过研究再生过程中铂氧化态的变化,对铂晶粒的重新分散机理进行了初步探讨。
Regeneration of the partly deactivated Pt Sn reforming catalyst was studied, and the effect of temperature, time and space velocity on burning of carbon deposit were investigated.Cl content of the catalyst was adjusted by chlorination and rejuvenation, and thus Pt crystallites were redispersed.The results show that the carbon content of the catalyst can be decreased to<0.2% by burning at 400 510℃ and a space valocity 100 1000 h -1 ; the redispersity of Pt may be gradually increased from 0.4 to 0.85 by treating with a Cl containing gas in the presence of O at 515℃ and a m (H 2O)/ m (Cl) atom ratio of 5~20. Based on a study of Pt oxidation state during regeneration, the mechanism of Pt redispersion was discussed.
