New Explanation of “Quasi-Stellar Object Red Movement”

本文结合类星体的“红移”，给出相应的定律与公式，还其光速的本来面貌；在不同的空间不同的介质中，光速是变化的，而且也不存在极限。

This paper gives the corresponding faws and formulas by combining the 'red movement' of theQuasi-stellar object. It can restore the lisht speed to the orteinal appearance that the light speed is notonly various but also without the extreme in the diffeent space and mediums.
