摘要
本文研究了用ICP-AES法同时测定土壤中速效P、K时,浸提剂的选择,浓度,加入量以及震荡时间,测定时的光谱干扰问题进行了大量的试验研究,确定了最佳分析条件.本方法快速、简便,适用于各种类型土壤的测定。
This paper, using ICP-AES method,studies a series of parameters,such as soaker's selesction,concentration,quantity and vibrating ttrie as well as spectrum interference in the process of simultaneously determining quick-acting P and K in the soil. Finally,the optimum condition for analysis is determined. The method is high-speed and suitable for analysis and determination of all kinds of soils.
