ICP-AES法测定钒酸钇钕晶体中Nd、V和Y

Determination of Nd,V and Y in Crystals Nd^(3+): YVO_4 by ICP-AES

本文用硫酸溶解样品，无需加内标元素，可以同时测定钒酸钇钕晶体中Nd、V和Y的含量，并取得满意结果，主含量V、Y的回收率为99．5％－100.6％，Nd的回收率为98．7％－102．4％，相对标准偏差均小于1％。

A simultaneous determination of Nd, V and Y in crystals Nd3+: YVO4 has been carried aut byICP-AES method. The sample is decomposed with H2SO4. It isn't necessary for internal standard element. A satisfactory results has been found with the rate of recovery of 99. 5% - 100. 6 % for V andY, 98. 7% - 102. 4% for Nd respectively. The relative standard devtation of Nd, V and Y is lessthan 1 %.
