摘要
建立了高三尖杉酯碱注射液中高三尖杉酯碱含量测定的高效毛细管电泳法。磷酸二氢钠-硼砂为电泳介质,乙醇为有机添加剂,在20kV高压,pH6.98的条件下检测了高三尖杉酯碱注射液中高三尖杉酯碱含量。在最佳的试验条件下,高三尖杉酯碱标准品峰面积(y)与质量浓度(p)之间呈现良好的线性关系,该法的线性范围为0.005 ̄0.080mg.L-1。着重探讨了缓冲溶液浓度、种类、酸碱度及其操作电压对检测的影响,结果表明毛细管电泳法测定高三尖杉酯碱注射液的含量,不仅操作简单、准确,而且重复性好。
A new method for the determination of homoharringtonine in homoharringtonine injection is established by high performance capillary electrophoresis in this paper. NaH2PO4-Na2B407· 10H20 buffering solution, pH=6.98, 20kV working voltage, and alcohol as organic additive. With these conditions the experiment is successful. Under the optimal conditions, a linearity is established between peak height (y)and the mass concentration of (P)in the range of 0.005-0.080mg· L^-1. Important experimental parameters including organic additive (alcohol)concentration, the types and concentrations of the buffering solution, acidity, and working voltage are systematically investigated. And the results show that method is reliable and accurate.
