低温胁迫对螺旋藻体内可溶性糖含量的影响 被引量:19

摘要 为探讨螺旋藻细胞内可溶性糖含量与其抗寒性之间的关系,采用蒽酮比色法测定了低温下鄂尔多斯高原碱湖的钝顶螺旋藻S1、引进的钝顶螺旋藻S2和极大螺旋藻S3细胞内可溶性糖含量。结果表明,无论是直接低温处理、低温锻炼还是ABA预处理,S1可溶性糖含量增加最多,而S2和S3远不及S1。低温锻炼可增加S1细胞内可溶性糖含量,而对S2和S3作用不明显。ABA预处理与低温锻炼处理间基本上无明显的差异。细胞内可溶性糖能提高螺旋藻的抗寒性,因而可以作为鉴定其抗寒性的一个生化指标;鄂尔多斯高原碱湖的钝顶螺旋藻S1抗寒能力明显强于引进种S2和S3。 To study the relationship between the content of soluble sugar in Spirulina and cold resistance, Anthrone colorimetry were adopted to determine the content of soluble sugar during the courses of low temperature on the domestic Spirulina (Arthrospira) platensis (S1) from alkaline lake in Erdos Plateau and the imported S.(A.) platensis (S2) and S.(A.) maxima (S3). The results showed that the content increase of soluble sugar in S1 was most much than S2 and S3 by far. There hardly had a significant variance between being treated with cold exercise and ABA. The content of soluble sugar could improve the cold resistance of Spirulina, so it can be used as a biochemistry index to show could resistance of Spirulina. The cold resistance of S1 from alkaline lake in Erdos Plateau is significantly stronger than the imported S2 and S3.
