摘要
研究了电位滴定仪测定烤烟水溶液PH值的方法。考查了水质、萃取时间、萃取方式和静置时间对烤烟水溶液PH值的影响。结果表明:去二氧化碳的超纯水振荡萃取30min后测定水溶液的PH值的方法相对标准偏差为0.036%～0.153%,适用于烤烟水溶液PH值的测定。
The method for flue-cured tobacco pH value determination was studied. In order to determine the suitable conditions for analyzing the pH value of flue-cured tobacco, the effects of pH value of water quality, extraction time, extraction mode and test time on the pH value of aqueous solution of tobacco were studied. The results showed that the method for the pH value measurements was the tobacco extraction thirty minutes with boiled and cooling super-pure water. The relative standard derivations ranged from 0.036% to 0.153%. The method can be successfully applied to the determination of pH value of aqueous solution of flue-cured tobacco.
