摘要
本文研究了APDC-CU(Ⅱ)共沉淀分离富集,开槽管原子捕集火焰原子吸收光谱测定铅的条件,发现痕量铅在pH值为2-8的条件下能被APDC-Cu(Ⅱ)定量共沉淀,方法的检出限可达1.5×10-2μg/mL。用于明矾中痕量错的分离富集和测定,共存物质不产生干扰,样品6次平行测定的相对标准偏差<4%。加标回收率在98%-103%之间。
In this paper,the conditions of determintation of Pb by STAT-FAAS after APDC-Cu(Ⅱ)coprecipitation concentration are studied. It is found that Pb (Ⅱ)can be quantitatively coprecipitated byAPDC-Cu(Ⅱ) with the pH value range of 2 to 8. The detection liimit is 1-.5×10-2μg/mL. No interference is observed from coexistent substances for the determination and concentration of Pb in alum.Te relative standard devtation of 6 repeated sample's measurements is <4 %. The recovery is 98% 103 %.
