摘要
景天植物已在上海等城市的轻型屋顶绿化中得到大面积应用,但品种比较单一。为了筛选出更多适合屋顶绿化的景天品种,并为今后屋顶绿化植物选择提供依据,该文以丛生福禄考为对照,对反曲景天等七种景天植物进行了耐旱性研究。通过观察植物形态以及生理生化指标测定,结果表明:佛甲草、银纹垂盆草、反曲景天、花叶垂盆草、蓝叶松塔景天等五个品种在干旱胁迫条件下具有较好的生长表现。随干旱胁迫增加,其叶片相对含水量的下降和电解质渗出率的增加都比较缓慢,且SOD、CAT都维持较高活性,表明上述五种与其他供试品种相比具有较强的抗旱能力。
Sedum have been widely applied in extensive green roof of Shanghai and other cities, but applied cultivars were simple.The aim was to select more sedums which would be suitable for roof garden and also could provide a basis for the selection of roof plants in the future.Taking Phlox subulata L. as the CK, the drought stress were studied on seven Sedums such as Sedum reflexum etc..The plant form was observed and the physiological and biochemical indexes were determined.The results indicated that S. lineare,S, sarmentorsum 'Variegatum' ,S. reflexum,S, sarmentorsum cv. and S. reflexum cv. had a better growth performance. With the extension of stress, the leaf RWC of the mentioned above five Sedums decreased slowly, and the increasing of electrolyte leakage in leaves also had no obvious increasing trend.Their enzyme activity of SOD and CAT were all higher, which indicated that they had stronger drought tolerance than other experimental cultivars.
