摘要
烟草花叶病毒属(Tobamovirus)病毒在世界各地均有分布,能侵染茄科、葫芦科、十字花科等重要作物并引起严重危害。Tobamovirus病毒基因组为单链正义RNA。从该属病毒种类、分类依据、基因组学以及进化关系等方面,对近年来的国内外研究进展进行了简要总结。
The viruses in the Tobamovirus genus are distributed worldwide, infecting solanaceous, cucurbitaceous, and cruciferous plants and resulting in severe economic losses. The genome consists of one molecule of linear positive sense ssRNA. This paper reviewed the advancement of species demarcation criteria, genome and evolution.
