摘要
对Owayadei(Abelmoschus esculentus L.)、Ladies finger(Abelmoschus esculentus L.)、golder kost(Abelmoschus esculentus L)、Esoyarido(Abelmoschus esculentus L.)等16份国外黄秋葵栽培种质进行ISSR分析,结果表明,选用14条引物扩增出162个DNA片段,平均每个引物可扩增出11.6条片段,其中多态性片段102个,占扩增总片段的62.96%。利用扩增结果进行遗传距离分析,构建了分子树状图,可以把16份材料划分为4个类群。
Sixteen Citrus resources, including Owayadei (A belmoschus esculentus L.), Ladies finger CA belmoschus esculentus L.), golder kost (A belmoschus esculentus L.), Esoyarido (Abelmoschus esculentus L.) have been analysed by using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR), and the results show that 162 pattern bands results from 16 materials ISSR-PCR by amplifying 14 primers. Among which 102 (62.96%) were polymorphic. The average number of DNA bands amplified by each primer was 11.6. Based on the results of amplifying, the genetic distance was analyzed, a tree diagram was constructed by using UPGMA algorithm. The 16 Okra germes were classified into 4 group.
