构建和谐社会中高校外聘农民工的困境及思想政治工作刍议

The Puzzledom and the Ideological and Political Work of the University Part-time Peasant Workers in the Construction of the Harmonious Society

高校外聘农民工与社会上其他农民工群体相比虽具有较强的年龄优势和教育优势,但在城市环境中仍承受着比农村环境大得多的工作压力和精神压力,思想和行为的矛盾性、复杂性和不平衡性使他们面临重重困境。笔者解析了高校外聘农民工思想、行为困境的表现和成因,指出加强外聘农民工思想政治工作的现实意义,分析了高校外聘农民工思想政治工作现状,提出了定位思想政治工作主体、突出三个平等,定位思想政治工作内容,探索创新政治思想工作的方法和载体的高校外聘农民工思想政治工作的定位与策略。

Although the part-time peasant workers in university have much predominance of age and education, but they will endure the more stress form the job and psychic in the urban environment than in the city. The contradictoriness, complexity and imbalance between thought and behavior make them be confronted with the layer-upon-layer difficult puzzledom. The author parsed the exhibition and cause about the thought and behavior of the part-time peasant workers in university, pointed out the practical significance of strengthen ideological and political works to the part-time peasant workers. Through the analysis of the ideological and political status quo, the author brought forward the positioning of the main ideological and political work, and stood out the three equalities; explored the innovation of the method of ideological and political work, and the orientation and strategy of the ideological and political work of the part-time peasant workers.
