摘要
本文介绍了一种基于嵌入式控制器的车载式摩托车制动性能测试系统,其主要参数有车速、手握力、踏板力、制动蹄片温度等。经实车试验表明,该系统小型化、模块化、便于组装拆卸,并具有良好的可靠性和稳定性,测量精度高,并且便于随车试验。
Based on embedded controller,test system of motorcycle braking performance on-vehicle is researched and developed.The test system can measure parameters of vehicle velocity,pedal force,grip force,temperature of brake shoes.The test via actual vehicle shows that the system has good performance of reliability and stability,simple operation,and is applicable to use on-vehicle.
