摘要
针对目前国内还没有可以为细胞组织样本提供动态张应力,以研究不同应力状态下组织细胞增殖活化变化规律的现状,研制了膜式变应力波细胞动态张应力试验系统。该系统以AT89C52单片机构成DDC控制器,采用机、电、液、计算机一体化设计,解决了组织细胞应力幅值和频率难以同时调控的技术难题。本文着重论述了该试验中DDC控制系统的硬件构成和工作原理。经试验验证,该系统具有良好的控制精度和稳定性,结构简单、调控方便、经济可行。
In domestic,there still hasn't any device that can provide the dynamic tensile stress for the cellular tissue sample to study the organization cell multiplication activation change rule under the different stress condition.So the author develops membrane stress wave cell dynamic tensile stress experiment system.This system constitutes the DDC controller by the AT89C52 monolithic integrated circuit,uses machine,electricity,fluid and computer integration design,can adjust the organization cell stress peak-to-peak value and the frequency simultaneously.This article emphatically elaborats the hardware constitution and the principle of DDC control system.Experiments show that the simple structure system has good control precision and stability.It can be regulated conveniently and with good economic.
