摘要 针对火力发电厂转动设备的特点,在机械设备健康管理平台上建立了相应的状态监测数据库。本文以循环水泵为例,介绍了设备状态检修模式中常用的振动监测技术,对监测参数的分析和故障的判断作了详尽的分析,以实现对设备运行、检修全方位的现代化管理。 Based on the characteristics of rotational equipments in thermal power plants,a database for their state monitor which is set up in machinery health manager is designed.Taking circulating water pump for example,the vibration monitor technology commonly used in state maintenance mode of the devices is presented.Analysis of monitor parameters and inspection of faults of vibration are analyzed in detail so as to realize the modernization management of operation and maintenance of the devices.
