摘要
介绍了PVC热降解、燃烧成烟及抑烟的机制,分析了Al(OH)3、钼酸铵/Al(OH)3、硼酸锌/氧化锑对阻燃抑烟性能和力学性能的影响,结果表明:加入15份Al(OH)3即可使PVC-U垂直燃烧性达到FV-0级,再增加其用量,垂直燃烧性没有提高;当m(钼酸铵)∶m[Al(OH)3]=30∶70时,最大烟密度、烟密度等级和氧指数最好;m(硼酸锌)∶m(氧化锑)=50∶50时,其阻燃抑烟效果最好。
Mechanism of thermal degradation of PVC and the forming and inhibition of smoke during the burning of PVC were introduced. Influences of Al (OH)3, ammonium molybdate/ Al(OH)3 and zinc borate/antimonic oxide on the fire- retardant and smoke- inhibition properties and the mechanical properties of PVC were introduced. The results showed that (1) the vertical combustibility of PVC - U could reach FV- 0 grade even the adding amount of Al(OH)3 was only 15 parts,but the value had no improvement with the further increasement of Al(OH)3 using amount; (2)when the mass ratio of ammonium molybdate and Al(OH)3 was 30 : 70,the maximum smoke density,smoke density and oxygen index were the best; (3)when the ratio of zinc borate and antimonic oxide was 50 : 50, the fire- retardant and smoke- inhibition effect of PVC were the best.
