摘要
将Zr-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸荧光体系与对氟苯酚为底物的酶促反应相偶合,建立了一种测定辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)及其标记物的新方法.测定HRP的线性范围为0.031~31mU/mL,检出限(3σ)为0.007mU/mL.用于测定人血清中乙肝表面抗原和E抗体,结果令人满意.
Zr 8 hydroxyquinoline 5 sulfonic acid chelate has been used to detect the fluoride ion released from the reaction of enzyme catalysis. The fluorescence quenching was linear with the activity of HRP from 0.031 to 31mU/mL. The detection limit was 0.007mU/mL(3σ). The method has been applied to determine HBsAg and HBeAb in human serum.
