摘要
孕酮2,4-二硝基苯腙在单扫描示波极谱仪上,以吡啶-氢氧化钠为底液(pH12.0),于-0.74V(vs.SCE)处可出现一灵敏的吸附催化波.孕酮浓度在1.0×10-8~2.0×10-6mol/L范围与该波呈线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-9mol/L.方法用于测定孕血和药物中孕酮含量,获得满意结果.
By using single sweep oscillopolarography, the progesterone 2,4 dinitrophenylhydrazone can produce a sensitively polarographic catalysis wave in pyridine sodium hydrate media at pH12.0 at -0.74V(vs.SCE). The peak height is linear with progesterone concentration from 1.0×10 -8 mol/L to 2.0×10 -6 mol/L and the detection limit can reach 5.0×10 -9 mol/L. The method has been satisfacltorily applied to determine trace amounts of progesterone in pregnancy plasma and pharmaceutical preparations.
